I wrote an unrelated wall of text but I accidentally deleted. Not sure how heretical this might be but I do want to get it off my chest:
The current state of the franchise is our fault for being too complacent with Hasbro, and that the pony community can't survive out of newbies watching G4 for the first time years after it ended.
We need original pony shows that are able to connect with a new generation of bronies in the same way that G4 connected with us back in the 2010's and G1 connected with Gen-Xers back in the 80's.
Hasbro can kill the horsefuckers, but not the ideas they want to fuck.
