I think a lot of people have ignored/undervalued the 'weapon switch attacks heal you+give damage reduction above 50% madness' node.

Webm related. Yeah it's not fast but I'm not sure that people actually understand just how much healing/reduction it gives. keep an eye on the healthbar.
