I don't think the study says that about lesbians, there is 2 categories listed "heterosexual" and "sexual minority", they don't appear to differentiate between lesbians and bisexuals hence why the article lumped them together in the headline as "higher pregnancy rates among lesbian, bisexual teens"
Also the data was collected from 1996 to 2004 so I doubt it's really relevant for the modern day.
