The actual buttpack is awesome, it's a good size for sustainment stuff. It expands upwards which I really like, and never sags "out" behind you. The X straps they include aren't bad either, really lightweight and dry fast. I don't care about super padded straps though.

Honestly if you had some super cheap molle belt (USMC Sub Belt is a great option for $30) you'd be better off just mounting the spiritus LBE and whatever pouches on it, running the X harness on it and putting pouches from hip bone to hip bone with no stupid gap to bridge.
