A little bird in the private equity industry told me this bank has had a 50 mil+ injection of private equity and a change of board of directors to some very successful and well known executives. There was a spike before the information went public, and ever since it has gone public and I’ve heard the news the stock has been rising quite steadily. Looking at a 12-18 month hold for serious gains, but I am enjoying the ride. I felt like today was an uncommon dip in the floor and it looks like I was right.
