I like Blazblue, I've no fucking idea what they were doing when they made Ragna vs Sol since they didn't seem to understand shit about the story at large.
But nowadays there's "lore explanations" and power explanations so things should probably be less confusing. Especially regarding Rachel's main abilities (tsukuyomi, bullshit immortality that's up there in BB & universal reality warping as long as nobody's there to override it) it shouldn't be that confusing. The harder part I guess would be quantifying things if that needs to happen.
I'm more worried that they misinterpret what isn't and is Touhou canon if it ended up happening...
I do think it'd be an interesting matchup though, Rachel seems to be blatantly inspired by Remilia, though I'm not sure their abilities matchup at all since Remi doesn't seem to have many feats for hers to let us know how it actually works.
