Well in a nutshell, you obviously have to sedate them because its a wild animal and its stressful. Mind you, sedate, not knock out.
Then you have to plan a big plane and to make sure airport security doesnt give your animal a stroke (chinks love doing this, they bring whole goddamn family to take pictures and poke the animal and if you complain they fuck up the paperwork so animal is getting cooked for a week at the airport)

Now, the practical part - you basically make an intentionally smaller cage that forces girrafe to sit down and to angle her neck. Then you better transport her quick because you wouldnt feel amazing if you had to bow for 10 hours. Giraffes usually sleep standing up as well.

And then you plan the end route in a land transport so some overpass doesnt clip your giraffe.
