Been hitting the gym for over a year, used to be fat with no muscle now I'm more like "strong fat". You guys think I should go on a cut already based on my back or should I still build some more muscle while I am not on a caloric deficit? I don't wanna become skinnyfat or lose so much of the muscles I worked hard for.
