I'm not entirely sure but based on what I got from the ball I'd say focus on your AP for now, they're really wanting AP to be the main requirement for grind spots with the +5 monster AP for each sheet AP above 310 change, plus you're pretty much already at the DP needed to grind the first spot in Edania. The combination of the glove flame being the cheapest over time and evasion gloves/dr boots being the set for hybrid builds also leads me to believe that the majority of extra wailing armors are most likely on gloves and once people are able to convert their gear to the new combined dr/eva set they're going to want to sell out of their extra gloves hopefully keeping them in the same range or potentially dipping more by the time you'll actually need them to upgrade yourself.
