Why do these planes have so many flight control surfaces but no rudder? an attempt to keep low rcs from side aspect? the one in the middle looks like it has guetto canards on the wingtips

Wrong aircraft, but it's understandable since there are 3, 6th gen aircraft being tested simultaneously, and there might be up to 8 planned.
