So much this. I've always felt that how someone reacts to a questionnaire says more about them than even their answers do. Like, a good MBTI test would be if you could hear their inner monologue muling the question over as they answered it. Being a fly on the inner wall of their brain as they processed both question and answer would be the most insightful.
