I honestly want to know the coping mechanism of the average white brit that is aware about the reality of the country and would really like it to change. I feel like after a while you can only do two things: brainwash yourself and accept that that's the UK now and try to fit in in your environment or create your own bubble where you try to isolate yourself from most of the country and try to live as if nothing was happening.

I think it's easy to end up obssesed with the massive demographic shift of the UK and Europe, specially if you're a lonely guy who spends most of his time on the internet. But there's only so much you can do before it starts to affect you mentally and have to find a way to deal with it. I have watched plenty of videos of english cities and I honestly wouldn't be able to live in a place like that (London, Manchester, Birmingham, Liverpool, etc) without ending up quite depressed
