>I think if there was a goal to match brachiosaur weight for some reason,
The reason being that brachiosaurs were made out of meat and bone, not stuff stronger than Chobham Composite.
A huge part of the argument over square cube dynamics in heavy armored mechs does not apply to giantesses since they would be intrinsically lighter than mechs due to being flesh instead of RHAe-rated composites, the fact that different flesh compositions do exist in nature making some leeway plausible. But, that limitation is only overcome by the same thing that would give the mech greater sci-magical protection; the mech has to be strong enough to move all that metal and fuel and hydraulic systems, whereas the giantess only has to move flesh and blood, but the tradeoff is that if an angered brachiosaur could not plausibly stamp through a given mech's glacis plate then a giantess with one third the brach's mass probably couldn't punch her fist through it either. And a mech with the magic armor to resist another mech's rocket punch would not be stamped through by a brach.
A plate armored battlemaiden would have the same problems as a mech but would not have the intrinsic technomagic implication required to overcome them. The square cube hits thick plate armor harder than flesh due to its relative density. What is required for a giantess to exist as a giantess at all is just what is required to be a flesh being, not what is required to be a metal encumbered flesh being. The much denser mech is overcoming a stronger square cube limitation, operating at a higher level of magic and so the giantess is at a visible disadvantage.
