Unfortunately for democrats and their kike backers, however, video games (like comics, movies and other forms of media the youth consumed) were pretty edgy and politically incorrect in the '90s, as a reaction to the Reagan era focus on family values. This didn't stop them from trying to regulate and co-opt the entire industry by crybullying it into submission. Since most, if not all "gamers" at the time were minors, they couldn't directly attack them, so they focused their efforts on their boomer parents, hence why "Satanic Panic" and "TV, tabletop games and video games are producing killers" were a thing. Nowdays, every leftist motherfucker still attempts to convince people it was all the work of the religious conservative right, but make no mistake: this psyop was entirely started and directed by Al Gore and his entourage, the fat, hypocritical, bible-thumping, snake-handling protestant pastors were, as always, just the retarded golems that happily served as foot soldiers and scapegoats without even realizing it.
