Two questions Wip-bros

Can somebody a suggest another color similar to but different from Rhinox hide preferably made by AP or AK interactive? I don't like the curretn Vallejo charred brown that I've been using. Or is rhinox hide simply the best?


And second, I rarely see painting for seraphon that doesn't involve contrast paints. I'm kind of a brainlet in this regard so I need to see somebody do something before I can try to do it myself.

So does anyone have their own style or methodology for Seraphon? Cause I'm planning on painting a Skink starpriest and I'd like him to look extra cool beyond the contrast method mostly used on common saurus and skinks. And tips for painting/drybrushing the stone altar would also be appreciated.
