How do I have more rights and benefits as a Graveyard shift custodial for an office? Seriously I hear horror stories about people not getting paid for months at an office and always on the verge of being fired, unpayed overtime, or the company going under. Meanwhile I clock in at 10:30pm, do trash, bathrooms, and deep clean projects, clock out at 7am with no issues, get paid on time, and get sick and vacation hours that accumulate monthly. If I wanted to, I can take a full 2 weeks of sick leave and still have 3 days in the bank!
