Agreed although to us ryona CHADS her being kept in a state of constant suffering only makes it hotter.
Plus thinking as part of a story, Knuckle's goal was to keep her alive, no matter what state she was in. I respect the man even if at that point it would have been better to take her out of her misery. I mean what kind of life can Bee hope to have afterwards with her having been a villain, no mother, a druggie father and a set of holes blown up by oji-sans, not to mention the diseases...
