They should make warbonds focused purely on giving you more armor, more weapons, more stratagems (yeah right) or more cosmetics.
I'd rather pay 1000 SC for a warbond that gives me 6 more guns, even if they're mediocre, instead of "uhhh heres like one primary, a secondary, a grenade and some armor i guess lol"
