Plus, even then, the logic is pretty shaky, since if Blast is so mysterious even to the Association, they never would've thought that King was responsible for all those powerful monsters dying; it would've just been written off as Blast's doing, since that clearly would've been taken as his MO.
Plus, Shicchi clearly had interacted with him before to establish how Blast refuses to take any orders and actively doesn't want his identity to be known.
