Body horror is a core part of the KD's aesthetic and isn't really used in a sexual manner in the core game/expacs.
The pinup models are for painters and aren't required to play the game. They are a lot of fun to paint though.

There is one, but looks like you m8s are out of core game stock, same as the rest of us. TTS has a lot of scripted mods that are better than a physical set if you want to play solo.
