I bought a i7-13850HX and it's benching slower than my i5-12400. Why is this happening? It doesn't look like it's power or thermal throttling?

The motherboard is a Jginyue B760I gaming. Its BIOS is pretty confusing and I'm not able to figure out how to overclock it.
