After consuming a piece of art you should, very easily, be able to point out all of the parts of it that you enjoy, and maybe even essay upon them. This is not because, after carefully analysing your own experience, you have excavated all of the sections that brought you joy, but because greatness very easily stands out and forces your attention upon it.

If, on the other hand, you can only vaguely enjoy the things you consume, and afterwards recall the joy of consumption, then you're like a young child, whose tongue surface can measure out heat and consistency, but whose tastebuds haven't yet developed.
