Its... not the greatest. It suffered quite badly from delays and rewrites, and there was quite a backlash about the style of the illustrator, Siku. The Dredd face where his gigantic chin makes him look like a muppet? That's from Fetish. The colours are gorgeous, but unfortunately it it was scanned really poorly so like a lot of the painted art of the period it came across as quite muddy. Its still worth a read, I think, especially if you want to see a part of Dredd's world that's seen very little action otherwiseand the secret guest appearence from a certain big gay vampire hunter
