Is there any truth to parts of England being up to 45% frog? What would the admixture be though, Normans didn’t shag peasants and Huguenots were a small group.

How true is this that people here can be up to 45% French? Been a bit curious since I did my tree and found a few frogs. I’m presuming it’s mostly people from the South/Southeast? But we shouldn’t really have much admixture because the Normans didn’t mix like other invaders did and Huguenot migration was relatively small. If true would this be more ‘recent’ (since 1500) ancestry or ancient stuff?
Also presuming the information in this image is all true, who are the South Welsh most similar to and same for the Northern ones?
