NetEase should've NEVER followed Overwatch's design with a damage/tank/heal trifecta. There are 20+ duelists while there are single-digit vanguards and strategists. The devs know that the majority of people want to just pick their favorite duelist, turn off their brain, and frag out. Hell I would bet that in a game of QP, at least 7 players queued up with the intention of picking DPS.
As more and more people leave, fewer people will be willing to fill team-based roles such as primary tank or support, even in ranked. It doesn't help that this game is very smurf-friendly, so children and NEETs will just go "idc about this match" when they throw and get banned since they can hop on one of their other alt accounts
