NetEase should've NEVER followed Overwatch's design with a damage/tank/heal trifecta. There are 20+ duelists while there are single-digit vanguards and strategists. The devs know that the majority of people want to just pick their favorite duelist, turn off their brain, and frag out. Hell I would bet that in a game of QP, at least 7 players queued up with the intention of picking DPS.

As more and more people leave, fewer people will be willing to fill team-based roles such as primary tank or support, even in ranked. It doesn't help that this game is very smurf-friendly, so children and NEETs will just go "idc about this match" when they throw and get banned since they can hop on one of their other alt accounts

Your telling me groot with his fortnite walls and giga rape damage for a tank gets 850? Strange has good damage and an 800 HP shield and he gets 700 HP. BP and SM are so fast expecting anyone but the top players to be able to consistently track them is genuinely unreasonable. and even then BP has a high ban rate up to eternity signaling not even good players want to deal with dive dogshit.

in my opinion dive only works on tanks, because tanks usually don't have enough damage to delete characters nigh-instantly. tanks are also generally slow and with their big sizes they're not difficult to hit.

Something I really wish they would do is work on sound design in this game. They have the some things like an iron Man boosting or spiderman being in the air break your fucking ear drums. Meanwhile the only stun in the game that makes noise is Bucky's hook. Take overwatch for example. It's very easy and distinct to pick out ana's sleep or Doom's rocket punch. Luna's freeze is nearly silent but should have the same easy distinction. So should a lot of abilities.
