NetEase should've NEVER followed Overwatch's design with a damage/tank/heal trifecta. There are 20+ duelists while there are single-digit vanguards and strategists. The devs know that the majority of people want to just pick their favorite duelist, turn off their brain, and frag out. Hell I would bet that in a game of QP, at least 7 players queued up with the intention of picking DPS.

As more and more people leave, fewer people will be willing to fill team-based roles such as primary tank or support, even in ranked. It doesn't help that this game is very smurf-friendly, so children and NEETs will just go "idc about this match" when they throw and get banned since they can hop on one of their other alt accounts

Couldn't get healed at all. Mr. Fantastic and Groot basically raped the entire team themselves with Punisher shooting in the back. Something I really wish they would do is work on sound design in this game. They have the some things like an iron Man boosting or spiderman being in the air break your fucking ear drums. Meanwhile the only stun in the game that makes noise is Bucky's hook. Take overwatch for example. It's very easy and distinct to pick out ana's sleep or Doom's rocket punch. Luna's freeze is nearly silent but should have the same easy distinction. So should a lot of abilities.

Look I've said this before, healers need a nerf. This role is plagued by so many bad players that its become very apparent that they're trying to dictate the game's balance.
Dive was not too bad, you just had to ping and coordinate heals but support players cant do that so instead of learning the game they spam Q as much as they can. And its really fucked up the game because those chink devs are dying on the OP support ult hill which is the worst way to balance this game

Countering ults is irrelevant. Healing ults are used during moments when if you heal your team you manage to do a decisive push to secure the objective or allow for a massive push. That can involve no enemy ult at all. In facts, enemy ults usually have nothing to do with it.
Countering a dps ult just for the sake of countering it during moments when it doesn't matter is just stupid.

The damage is also terrible at 30 dmg/s in small areas enemies can just walk outside of anyway. Meanwhile the healing is 250 hp/s (287 hp/s).
