To clarify, I have the BL2 Collector's Edition Pack and Ultimate Vault Hunter Upgrade Pack, and everything those packs entail, but these DLCs I've highlighted show that while they're purchased, it's they're not downloaded in-while game, despite them clearly being both downloaded and enabled. I don't have any of the cosmetics or the starter gearbox weapons that are supposed to come with the DLC packs I own, which is very strange considering I used to have both.

I've tried disabling and re-enabling all the DLCs, but that hasn't fixed the issue, and what little info I can find of people having similar issues boils down to:

It's not a huge deal I guess, since I'm only missing out on some lvl 1 weapons, that busted overpowered fireworks grenade, and the relic that gives you something like 6% more xp, but I did pay for these things and they don't work any longer. I haven't gotten to the Wildlife Exploitation Preserve, so I can't comment on if I'm locked out of the Creature Slaughter Dome, but I'd be surprised if I wasn't.

Any solutions would be appreciated.
