Perhaps teleportation isn't 100% safe (especially if you ignore certain safety protocols) and there are occasional accidents. And just like people are afraid of planes (probably because you see how high the fatality rate is when something goes horribly wrong), they choose traditional means of transportation.
Or as >>57980013 mentioned, there are limits. Moving an object from A to B by ... moving it physically around is so much easier than having to completely rebuild an entity from scratch.
