You say you can't tell how awkward all of those animations look? You don't see how their knees jitter each time they step or how their arms and heads follow the rest of their bodies unnaturally slow when they crouch? Punches look really odd, too. It's like they hit the air in front of their opponent. If you want a more direct comparison, then I'd say that unarmed combat in DoA looks much better than in Tekken or in VF.
