Have you done the virtual mechagod ruins at all? The gear there is really important for it. This video does it way underleveled (level 57) but he still has machinarc gear.

I'd also advise using Yubeil instead of Faria. I remember doing it with Kuu Yubeil Yolnaya and I really just kinda unga bunga'd it after sticking instant death resist on everyone. It was a sloppy win, I didn't fully learn her rotation so I had deaths and had to revive with Kuu's 100% revive, but it was a win regardless
