I had a garbage weapon(wrong element + scaling with DEX instead of STR) and he still went down pretty easily.
Guardian can become surprisingly tanky, I was just mashing the Crucible knights to death due to the poise + absorption, but my damage was so low I could only kill a few before the rain came.
