Here's a weird pick. This was a launch-month PS1 game in Japan. It runs at a bafflingly low framerate, it's really slow, and just doesn't stay exciting for long. It's one of those toys where you tilt a ball through a maze into a goal hole, but a video game.

I can't decide which one is the worst, but they all miss the mark with horrible gimmicky experimental gameplay. At least NDcube partially redeemed themselves on Switch.

It was actually built off of terrible PC ports' code from SF1 ports, but Capcom rejected the devs' desire to call it "Street Fighter 2".
