Life is more than how efficiently can we store people in small places you globalist retard. Humans like all other animals need a certain amount of space, to raise a family that needs space which a private single family unit provides. Humans get stressed when living around virtual strangers as there is no sense of trust or community and every other individual is a potential threat. Apartments also have access levels of noise and foreign smells which can negatively impact mental health. For optimal physical and mental well being a single unit will always be better than an apartment. The only kind of people who disagree with this are globalists, over socialized retards and triad trait individuals with no care for human welfare.

At times I have felt this way, but the reality is that mouth breathing normies are still humans and as such should be accorded a good life free from the fuckery of others. Despite their stupidity impacting the rest of us I feel that it is only the meddling of the so call self titled "elites" that causes most of the issues and if half the effort was spent educating them properly and developing their minds we would see a much healthier society that would benefit all of us. Look what happened with the Quakers and the puritans when they immigrated to the Americas, they set up schools, had one of the highest literacy rates and literally built the foundations of one of the freest societies on earth. And now kids don't have an attention span long enough to read let alone cognize anything.
