my basic formula for long runners is either 3sp/3pw or 2sp/2pw/1free or 3spd/2stam/1free. depends what good cards you have, the uma's natural growth, etc.
it won't end up world beating but at least get you through with A rank on a good run and decent stats.

dont use 2* Kita though, she's worse than the welfare MLB Spe, who is worse than the good MLB SR.
