Something these pages lack which pretty much all of the other pages you posted have is a sense of kinetic motion and energy.

I've seen plenty of pages like this that look like shit, but I think this one pulls it off. It's precisely the rightward flow of panels display an advancing motion and the passage of time.

This one is cool. I remember enjoying it when I first read it. It's from Joker War, isn't it? It's an excellent use of conveying a forward, downward motion. I normally don't like overly stylized lettering in dialogue, but of course Batman can pull it off.

These are clunky but not obtuse or offensive to read.
It seems like you want comic panels to all display realistic set pieces as if they were a film, and there are plenty of effective ways to do that. But to limit comic art to only that would fail to take advantage of the use of the medium, which can employ cartooning. It can play with backgrounds by changing them, or showing absurd angles, or omitting them entirely, or just drawing a bunch of lines or colors or a design, or whatever. You can do that with comics in a way that is not as natural as it is in other mediums.
Anyway that is my opinion.
What do you think of this page from Absolute Wonder Woman 3? If you're reading it, what do you think of Sherman's pages and paneling work in it? I have found it phenomenal, but I wonder if you may find it offensive.
