I was born in 2001 and my first experience watching the turtles was the 2003 series, when i was 5 back in 2006 the series were being aired on Jetix, and holy fuck watching the movies were such a backlash to me, i was acustomed to the gritty turtles so watching them acting so juvenile was a nice change of pace for me.
