I used to be straight before I started taking prog, somehow it shifted my preferences from 100/0 in women's favor to like 80/20, although the change is mostly on the "platonic" side of things. I've definitely become more open emotionally etc.
I've heard some anecdotal stories about transfems having their sexual orientation flipped by prog but honestly that sounds like a cope on their part.
