it's been like 5 days of me trying and trying to beat Fulghor for the Ironeye Remembrance but it takes forever to get people, easily 4-6 the usual time, of the MANY failed attempts with randos i literally came across the same 4 people many MANY times, today i literally CANT find anyone outside of 1(ONE) FUCKING GUY but i cant get a full fucking party no matter how hard i try, is this fucking just bugged or something? i didnt have issues with Revenant's but this shit seems cursed, it makes no fucking sense
