Possibly Jumper doesn't have many followers so far. he has a island that follows him and people on it but they don't really actively follow him actively. Maybe he could settle a few of the gods personally loyal to him in koridai or the observatory though. The celestrians might appreciate having a few gods among them for once... or they might call it heresy. Only one way to find out I suppose.
