I have a /rec/ if anyone has the image I'm thinking of. There was this incredibly funny meme made by the government posted a few years ago here in some thread that everyone laughed at and mocked. It was one of those /r9k/ images with two columns of stick figures and lines from the ones on the left (symbolizing females) pointing to the ones on the right (symbolizing males) in non-even pairings. The one at the top with most of the women pointing to had a label like "in the military" or something.
