From what I can see "Mecha-Membrane" is glorified tactile membrane. I owned a chinesium tactile membrane for some years and they do work, but they suck compared to actual mechanical boards. There is no real advantage to them and you are often better off with a pure membrane instead because pure membrane is water resistant while membrane-mechanical is not. Topre, a true hybrid membrane-mechanical design with better feel than membrane, are very sensitive to water damage and unlike pure mechanical keyboards with MX you can't just replace a switch but instead you will likely need to replace the whole board if you spill something. With Mecha-Membrane you lose the modular repairability of mechanical or the office cubicle sturdiness of membrane.
