1. VA has been the number one cause of the enshittification of vidya, due to raising development costs, dumbing down dialogue & choises in vidya, and encouraging the movie game bullshit

VA's (in the US) are mostly talentless hacks with 0 range (see: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ci8dIpNcyEY ) who failed to make it in hollywood, they demand & get paid ridiculous amounts of money for talking into a fucking microphone in the bathrooms of their mc mansions & still complain that they are treated "poorly" and don't get paid enough. The unearned ego's and entitlement of these fucks is completely out of control, don't even get me started on the political & slacktivist grandstanding. No, just because some Japanese businessman hired you to do the english dub doesn't authorize you to prance around twitter & bluesky pretending to represent said company.
3. The US VA scene is literally a fucking gay, communist LA mafia. If you aren't the friend of someone in the club, good luck getting any work. If you somehow do manage to get your foot in the door, enjoy it while it lasts, because they WILL ruin your career and life unless you bend the knee.
