Now that Charis and Co. have slain the Dragon, I was finally able to make Suzu's personal weapon!

Man, once you get that weapon for her she really IS quite good. Her skill even has an innate attack speed buff that stacks with the one Lucretia gives out and combined they turn her bow and arrow into a gatling gun. Rather nicely though, Suzu and Rami work very well together! I'm glad the Imp can have a moment here with her too, since she did do a lot as well.
We even got it with 3*s, it was nice.

Once you've unlocked it, yes. If you're trying to carry over stuff from a Part 1 or 2 save file however, bar a few exceptions (such as tutored skills and gems) then no it will all be withheld from you. You'll also lose out on the achievement that was advertised for not doing it, but it's up to you if you care about that or not.
