The databook makes it heavily implied that she knows:

It’s obvious that this is coming from Momos’ pov with her being uncomfortable because Jiji doesn’t know Okarun already confessed. If Momo saw everything that Jiji has being doing as strictly platonic she wouldn’t feel uncomfortable.
