fry raw rice with onions and black pepper. get a good sear on 1 inch porkchops. you need about 2 pounds of them. put into all of them along with the rice into wide oven pan. add bay leaves and MSG. add salt. add 4 cups of water for every cup of rice. bake the qhole thing for about an hour. there you have it-baked pork chops, Bulgarian style
