lmao, at one point in my life I was getting four a night if I was lucky. In retrospect it kinda fucked up my headspace leading to a generally cranky attitude, and easily avoided mistakes at work. Once you get into the habit of getting eight a night you will really appreciate how much it improves your mental clarity and productiveness.

When you land a fish you need to knock them unconscious to subdue them or they will flop right off the boat when you are trying to unhook them and get them in the bucket/chest. USUALLY you use a fishing priest. But I guess if you wanted style points you could use knux.

Forcing yourself to get out of your house and interacting with other is that it will force you to get out of your own head. Covid isolation fucked you up, and every one of your posts is framed around yourself and your life. When you force yourself to deal with other people you also force yourself into those people's mindsets, and you think about why they are like that. As you do so you will stop obsessive self-referential thought which is kinda neurotic and makes you hyper fixate on your own problem. You are just a wee bairn yet, and don't really have a strong sense of self, so that kind of egotism can lead to you fixating on certain parts of your personality, conflate those facets as your whole personality, and can hinder your development. It aint even close to being over for you yet senpai, so take advantage of the years of life you have yet to live and grow into the kind of man that you want to be, instead of the one you have convinced yourself you are forced to become.

>Under Siege, Executive Decision
Arguably the most powerful martial arts in Japan.
An Aikido practitioner is practically invincible, no one of any martial arts background can ever land a punch or kick on one.
Using the power of the attacker, the Aikido practitioner uses absolutely no energy to knock them down.
A fearsome martial arts it is.
