Pretty good, been really productive this week for some reason.
Repaired two broken sockets around the house, one shorted because the last guy was a moron and bundled the wires so close that they fused together, and the other installed the socket vertically and one of the arms actually touched the live wire, this fused a plug into the socket permanently so I had to cut and break everything and rewire a new socket properly this time.
Been cleaning the house heavily, threw out a bunch of useless stuff since I have the tendency to hoard "just in case".
And have finally got a 1tb nvme ssd for my pi, already had a pimoroni nvme base but no ssd for it, now my services are back online and properly set up this time (my cloud platform had no volumes mentioned in the original setup so all my files were ephemereal so when I updated the service, my cloud uploaded shit fucked off).
Also gonna print the cards for my boardgame today for a playtest SOON™.

>Part 1 of Chainsaw Man was my favorite shounen since my days as a Jump fanatic, but part 2 really kinda fucked it. It's mostly just forgettable and it seems like he didn't have much of an idea of what to do going into it, which is understandable.
I dipped out of reading Chainsaw Man once they started copyright striking manga sites. However if you look at Fire Punch the author seems to like to do random timeskips, digress from the main story for extended periods of time, and get completely lost in little tangents. It's just one of those "enjoy the ride" things until the story is complete and you can judge it based on the whole rather than the parts.

I don't know too much about music, but they do this thing where the beat of their music is really odd and seems to shift. It's really interesting to listen to but at the same time it is really distracting so I can't listen to it while I am working. Like a song will be playing, something will change, and my attention will start to drift to the song as my brain tries to parse what had changed. What part of your tummy hurts? If it is the lower right hand side of your abdomen and your body temp is high you need to go to the hospital RIGHT THE FUCK NOW. Something similar happened to me a couple of years ago and I tried to tough it out until the pain was completely unbearable. Turns out my appendix had burst, and I ended up in the hospital for a week because the secondary infection was so bad that the doctors thought I was gonna die. I think music that commands attention like that is valuable. I like music that just fades into the background too, but I also like music that deserve dedicated listening. Learning about music isnt too hard, you dont need to study music theory to understand basic stuff like time signatures and its worth it to enhance your listening. This is the only way to eat well if you are a single man. Alright. My dad came back to visit for the week and he's leaving to go back to his fiance in Saudi Arabia again. But her work detail in Saudi ends in early October (which is probably the next time he'll be home) and she starts a new detail in Belize in January, which means it'll at least be far easier to get in touch with my dad (only a one-hour timezone difference and just a four-ish hour flight). The old Ghiblis films from the 80s/90s/00s look amazing on a projector since they were designed to be viewed that way. A certain amount of fuzzziness helps the colors bleed into one another and improve the viewing experience. Very possibly the case for me and I've considered it, I'm sure to some extent it's my own mind viruses, yet I still have the issue, as thought it's a response ingrained in neural pathways, or I become too overwhelmed for my mind to enter the superior initial higher state of peace, and when I try to just forget about it I feel a residual pain and annoyance that's almost physical in my stomach and lower back, the kind of feeling that makes you sigh, but it doesn't really get relieved and I just want to then lay down and let the day pass by. Maybe I'm just dumb but I know I thrive in solitude, my mind performs best in an enviornment that almost has a backdrop of proffessionality, like a shared mutual respect for ones concentration or something. I think I'm an introverted type. Maybe it's a problem of me clinging to that early peace. I just feel bogged down by things like, say, vain chatter. I don't really direct my annoyance at anyone over it.

The Morsels demo. Been playing for more than five hours now and won against the demo boss several times with a perfect no-damage battle, but it's still fun as fuck and I don't wanna stop. The internet is filled with negative people that just want to drag other people down with them so they aren't alone in their misery. Look at /pol/ that entire board is filled with people who spend every hour of every day trying to make you feel weak, helpless, and without agency. People need people. Without regular and meaningful human interaction a very important part of you dies out, and you become one of those hollow people constantly trying to fill the emptiness inside with things like drugs, gluttony, alcohol, masturbation, and the internet.

Sometimes you just got to realize that the path you are walking is the wrong one, and step off the path laid out for you. Walking your own path isn't easy. You won't know what to do or how to survive without the habits and patterns you have lived with to this point. You might run into shit that makes you anxious, annoyed, and uncomfortable, but none of that shit will kill you. If you can soldier on with your marching song eventually you will master your own pace and cadence. If you do it well enough you will find others starting to follow you. At first just a single friend, but then later a girl. children, and entire community. If you are really lucky at the end of the trail you blazed became a wide road walked by people you looked love and care for, and can die happy knowing that it wasn't meaningless.

But it all begins with that first step.

lol, nigga you just sleep deprived. When we had our kids I would lose so much sleep I would get random eye twitches like that all the time. Take a nap whenever you can nigga, you need as much sleep as you can get for those first 4-6 months until your kiddo gets sleep trained. Trust me, it will get much better once your kid gets on a regular schedule.

Once again you're right. When it comes to solitude, what I really meant is I think I just do better, not completely cut off from people, but in those times where I'm to myself. I haven't done much in life so far though, I've yet to make an effort to pave a way of any kind. Most of my intereaction with people is on the internet. I have family I live and interact with but that's really the extent of it. I became cyberschooled when I was 14, 6 or so years ago. I'm 20 now, I've probably missed out on a number of developmental milestones and only knew of them passively from the outside. This surely has impacted me.

It's a common complaint. When I first played the game, my experience was that the whole thing just felt kind of weird and even a bit overwealming when it came to it's movement. Like the horse for example, I didn't really grasp, nowhere near as quickly as you'd grasp the movement in other games, like I couldn't tell if I had a feel for it or not, but I bared with it and didn't treat it as a problem and it never posed a problem for me again. I have to wonder if the people that don't like it's movement experienced that and didn't get past it. RDR2, at the start is something to get a grip on, and it's slow. I also just don't think the game is for everyone, based on the kinds of takes I've seen. It's movement is no max payne 3, definitely slower.

Yeah caffeine can do it too. You may not feel sleep deprived because the caffeine is doing the heavy lifting but you are probably in a pretty deep sleep deficit. Even if you are getting six a night, the caffeine can prevent you from getting the deep REM sleep you need to refresh your brain meats. It might behoove you to ease up on the coffee for a bit and see if that helps.

Personally I carry a knife and use a swift ikijime to instantly kill the fish with a percision stab to their brain. It takes some practice to be able to hold the fish down, knowledge of the exact brain location for each species of fish, and even more skill to be able to end the fish's life with a single thrust of your knife. When you get it down it is much more humane and faster than any other method. But really it depends on the size of the fish. With big salmon I have had to bring out the bonk stick more often than not.

Well, I have a story to share with you.

Years ago, I was a Sifu of JKD, I thought I was the toughest kid in high school, I would pick fights, and kick ass. I was full of hate, until I picked a fight with the wrong dude. He was a Japanese exchange student, I still remember his name, Noboru Takeda.

I picked on him because of his hilarious and thick Japanese accent. I told him I was going to beat him so hard, he would go back to China(Yeah, I was a little racist prick.), he never said anything back, made me wanted to kick his ass even harder.

Well, here comes the fight. I threw several punches, he dodged them like I was a mere white belt. I was tiring out and he knew, I saw the smirk on his face that made me raged hard. I put all my strength in one amazing punch, and he grabbed it and threw me over. My back smacked on the hard cement ground, and I was knocked out for who knows how long.

When I woke up I was in the school infirmary, I asked the nurse who brought me here, and you guessed it, Noboru Takeda. The next day, he wasn't at school, he was back in Japan, and I never got to thank him, for saving my life and showing me the light. I soon learned that he was an Aikidoka and have been practicing Aikido ever since to show my thanks to him.

I haven't posted a FAPPAN in a couple of years. I think so. I bought in because three of my friends beat it and couldn’t stop singing its praises. The voice acting is good, the story is interesting enough, and I really like having to perform actions in combat to dodge, parry, and use some attacks. I know that’s not everyone’s forte but it feels good in this game. I’m really looking forward to more games from this studio.
