It surely can't be that bad. Idk it was the recommended ISP by a coworker after a short stint doing IT like 6 years ago and it's been ok with me so far. And at the end of the day ping is more related to distance than anything, it doesn't seem likely that switching to Spark would get me totally different routing to circumvent the speed of light
