I wonder if stress could have something to do with it. My sister killed herself a few years ago and I question if I have muh PTSD now because of it. I have panic attacks every so often as well as derealization episodes almost daily. As for psych meds I would never take those. I think I'm just overworked and stressed out, but I will still heed
