Serious question. This it not against any religion in particular, just for anyone who believes in an all-powerful God who is also good.

God restricted our biology on Earth to have certain limits and making some things impossible.
We can't breathe underwater for example nor regrow limbs, even though both things are possible in nature for some animals, yet God made them impossible to naturally occur in humans.
He did however allow that children can get pregnant, that incest produces off-spring (even between daughter/father or mother/son) or that adult humans can feel physical arousal from defenseless children.

Why though? Isn't that pretty bizarre? What does this tell us about God?
He made sure to restrict other biological things and making them not-possible, but he fully allowed for all the sick shit mentioned above, even though he could have easily also made them biologically "impossible" just like breathing underwater.
